Osage Lofts Residents and Owners are dedicated to supporting and partnering with organizations who share our goals and values. These include the La Alma - Lincoln Park Neighborhood Association, Greater Denver Transit, The Burnham Yard CBA Coalition, and the Denver Streets Partnership.

La Alma - Lincoln Park Neighborhood Association
La Alma Lincoln Park is a vibrant, mixed-use, urban community with parks, health services, an arts district, cultural facilities, a major grocery store, and close proximity to downtown and multiple institutions of higher education, arts, and culture.

The Denver Streets Partnership is a coalition of community organizations advocating for people-friendly streets in Denver.

Greater Denver Transit
Greater Denver Transit (GDT) is a free to join organization of Greater Denver Area residents who advocate for a fast, frequent, reliable, accessible, inclusive and safe public transit system that delivers on the region’s mobility needs.

The Burnham Yard CBA Coalition
The Burnham Yard Community Benefits Agreement (CBA) Coalition, led by stakeholders in the LALP Neighborhood is negotiating with the Denver Broncos to ensure local benefits regarding their proposed 58-acre stadium project. The coalition aims to address concerns about gentrification, traffic, and displacement, with negotiations expected to occur through 2026 before construction begins.
