Our organization is dedicated to sharing the benefits and reducing the negative impacts of the new stadium on La Alma-Lincoln Park. We advocate for underground light rail solutions, preserving our building's unique RMU20 zoning, and supporting other community groups and advocates as we navigate the development process. 

Areas of Interest and Concern

Let’s Drop the Rail (underground) movement. We are dedicated to preventing at-grade light rail crossings between La Alma - Lincoln Park (LALP) and Burnham Yard. Click below for a link to the petition and learn more. 

Our community is already one of the most extreme Urban Hot Spots in Denver. Adding acres of surface parking will only exacerbate this issue. 

Osage Lofts Residents and Owners are dedicated to supporting and partnering with organizations who share our goals and values. These include the La Alma - Lincoln Park Neighborhood Association, Greater Denver Transit, The Burnham Yard CBA Coalition, and the Denver Streets Partnership.
